General sales conditions of DA CAPO REISEN
The following mentioned conditions are the context of each business relation with Da Capo Reisen.
- Prices
All prices are per person and per day net (unless otherwise stated). The stated prices in Euro € or other currencies are guide-lines. Neither toll fees nor drinks are included in these prices /except when mentioned otherwise; „one free drink“ means 20 cl of wine or 1/3 l of beer or a soft drink or mineral water). The basis for this price is a minimum of 20 pax.
Free places: In general, Da Capo Reisen is granting 1 free place in a single room for 20 guests paying.
Child Reductions: Children pay a reduced price if they share a room with two full paying adults: 0 to 2 years: – 100%, 2 to 6 years: – 50% and 6 to 13,99 years:- 25%. To preserve the right to a child reduction you are obliged to give the age of the children on every rooming list.
- Cancellation
In case of cancellation of groups the following frees will be charged:
- more than 30 days before arrival of the group: our costs for the reservation
- between 14 and 30 days before arrival of the group: 30% of the whole amount
- between 3 and 14 days before arrival of the group: 65% of the whole amount
- less than 3 days before arrival: 85% of the whole amount
- Conditions of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total price has to be made by the time of reservation.
The remaining amount (70%) of the total has to be remitted 2 weeks before the arrival of the group in Austria. In case of cancellation Da Capo Reisen is allowed to keep the deposits already made. All money transfers have to be effected net and without any fees charged to us.Every payment is deducted from the debts being open on our account.
- Changes
Da CapoReisen has to receive the rooming-list at least 30 days before arrival of the guests in writing (+/- 10%). Any changes of the number of persons of more than 25% have to be transmitted to Da Capo Reisen at least 25 days before arrival of the group in writing. Any amendments of the number of persons of maximum 10% can be done up to 3 days before arrival, from the 3rd day until arrival day any cancellations will be charged 100% per cancelled person.
- Single rooms
Your wish for single rooms can only be met if such are available. Singles can be smaller and less comfortable despite a possibly higher price. If necessary we claim our right to move you to single room in an accommodation equivalent to the one you booked.
- Legal basis
Any differences, which cannot be solved in a friendly way, will be exclusively brought before the responsible court at Schwaz. Legal basis is the Austrian law. Any complaints should be sent to Da Capo Reisen within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the tour tobe accepted.
- Booking security according to Travel Agency Insurance Law
In case of the Operator – Da Capo Reisen becoming insolvent whilst one of ist clientele´s groups is still located within a respective tour destination, any payments made by clients to Da Capo Reisen and unnecessary expenses for the return home journey are secured through a bank guarantee at Raiffeisenkasse“ (Guarantee Number 1998/0160). Da Capo Reisen participate in an insurance association according to paragraph 8 of the Travel Agency Insurance Law (RSV).
